Graphite seal upgrade for metal seal bonnets

IMI CCI is introducing the graphite pressure seal as a simple upgrade for metal seal valves to significantly improve the maintenance of the valves, leading to time saving during outages. This is a drop-in replacement with no changes to any other components; the metal seal is replaced with a pusher ring and graphite. The kit consists of two pieces; a graphite pressure seal and a reusable metal pusher ring. The pusher ring is coated to prevent oxidation buildup and increase corrosion resistance.

• Pusher ring: 4140 or 4130 SS with corrosion resistant coating.
• Graphite seal: graphite ring with 300SS cap and toe ring.
