Pulp and Paper Processing Valves

The industrial processing of pulp and paper requires the precise control of steam at the correct pressure and temperature – typically at 3.5 bar and 145°C – in the paper machine and evaporators. Steam is used from a steam turbine and bypass valve and must be close to saturation point for maximum efficiency and to prevent damage to the finished product, or even the loss of the paper run.
